Affordable Comfort with Helpful Staff!

I had a pleasant stay for one night in a clean Double Smoking Room. The kitchenette was a great convenience for preparing breakfast. The staff were exceptionally friendly and offered helpful advice on local dining options. A fantastic budget choice for travelers!

I really enjoyed my stay, especially with the comfy bed and the reliable Wi-Fi that made planning my trip so much easier. The pool was a great place to unwind after a long day and the cozy lounge area was perfect for relaxing. Only downside was the kitchen area could use some more utensils, but overall, it didn’t put a damper on my visit. 😊

We had a great time exploring Tampa, especially visiting the Florida Aquarium and discovering its amazing sea life. The staff was super friendly and helped us when we checked in with our two dogs, making our stay even better. Spacious and clean rooms were a bonus.

In my wife’s opinion, a play area for kids would be fantastic.

Despite the inconveniences, I felt the staff was friendly and helpful, making check-in a smooth process.

Staff were understanding and promptly refunded charges after an issue, showing good customer service. However, the room was poorly maintained, including cleanliness issues like insects and a kitchen that needs thorough cleaning. Additionally, the layout and size of the room could be cramped, which may not suit larger guests.

Had a great time with friends using this place as our base. We checked out The Florida Aquarium and ZooTampa at Lowry Park, both were amazing! The rooms were clean and comfy, and lots of dining options nearby. Just plan some time for returning to avoid traffic after a long day out.
